How to Upgrade to New Auto Invest
To get ready for the launch of the New Auto Invest, you might find your existing Auto Invest portfolio(s) is/are set to be dormant* starting 31 May 2025. Rest assured the full functionalities of the Auto Invest account will resume normal after finishing the upgrade.
*Dormant Portfolio is the functionality of your Auto Invest account(s) has been suspended and we will not be able to perform further rebalancing to your Auto Invest accounts until we obtain your new consent to the use of Robo Advisory Service during the upgrade.
All you need to do :
- Tap on the “Upgrade Now” button next to the portfolio
- Click “Nothing to Update” to skip the Risk Profile Questionnaire if you agree with your current risk level, or Click “Next” if you would like to reassess your risk level.
- Click “Upgrade Portfolio” to select the suitable risk level for your portfolio
- Review the portfolio details and confirm to upgrade
Now, you can sit back and see your money grow again!
