Time in force for an order indicates how long the order will remain active before it is fully filled or canceled. It includes DAY order and good till date (GTD) order.

DAY – A DAY order is canceled if it does not execute by the end of the relevant trading session on the day it is placed. GTD – A good till date (GTD) order remains active until your specified date, unless it has been filled or canceled. You can hold a GTD order for 30 trading days then it will be automatically canceled by the system.
