In order to ensure our infrastructure performs at its best now and in the future, we have invested heavily in upgrading it. In the transition from the old to new infrastructure, unstable system performance may have affected you.
The good news is that the upgrade is now complete and we have seen significantly improved speed. We now have a much stronger platform for the future. Everyone at SoFi Hong Kong has been working hard to deliver the levels of performance and service our members expect. Our customer service and product team have and continue to be on standby.
We absolutely understand that we have a huge responsibility to provide a reliable, trustworthy and professional service to all our members. We take this responsibility very seriously.
